Support is available for UQ students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

 
The Student Centre, located on the ground level of the JD Story building, is the place students should visit for advice and assistance. The Student Centre provides comprehensive assistance across the broad range of aspects relating to admission, enrolment, fees, forms, etc.
 
MYSI NET: There are also several computer terminals located in the Student Centre to allow access to MySI-net (please explain).  Staff are available to assist students with any enrolment enquiries and many other facilities are available on MySI-net. Staff of the Student Centre are also able to certify documents if required.
 
The Student Administration Unit within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is located on the 3rd level of the Therapies Building (84A). This Unit is able to assist with:
  • Assignment collection and returnTimetable enquiries
  • Credit requests
  • Clinical placement requirements
  • Enrolment (including difficulties in enrolling in courses / tutorials on-line)
  • Immunisations
  • Applications and enquiries to coursework programs (including postgraduate speciality and graduate entry masters)
