There are many mechanisms of support available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Queensland.

The Student Centre, located on the ground level of the JD Story building, is the place students should visit for advice and assistance. The Student Centre provides comprehensive assistance across a broad range of aspects pertaining to admission, enrolment, fees, forms etc. There are also several computer terminals located in the Student Centre so students can access MySI-net. Staff are available to assist students with enrolment and all the other facilities available on MySI-net. Staff of the Student Centre are also able to certify documents if required.

Within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is the Student Administration Unit. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Therapies building.

We are able to assist with queries relating to :-

• Assignment Collection and Return
• Credit Requests
• Enrolment (including difficulties in enrolling in courses on-line)
• Immunisations
• Applications and enquiries to coursework programs (including postgraduate specialty and graduate entry masters)

All coursework students – i.e. in undergraduate, graduate entry masters, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, or specialty coursework masters programs – are required to note the following Important Information.

Year and Program Co-ordinators
It is important to get to know who your year and/or program coordinator is. You will meet them as you enter your program, and they can assist you with queries relating to academic progress and other issues.
