Associate Professor Gwendolen Jull
DipPhty, GradDipAdvManipTher, MPhty, PhD, FACP
Research interests: Cervical spine, whiplash and cervicogenic
headache. Investigation of pain and sensorimotor system changes in the
cervical region using both traumatic (whiplash) and idiopathic models
of neck pain. Investigation of the changes in the cervical muscle system
with neck pain and the physiological effects of retraining using low
load and high load strategies. The characterization of musculoskeletal
impairment in cervicogenic headache. The development and testing (RCT)
of research based interventions for the conservative management of neck
and spinal disorders.
