The Division of Physiotherapy has a long and proud history of providing physiotherapy education to Australian and International students, offering its first course in 1938.  There is currently a choice between two degrees to gain qualifications to register as a physiotherapist - a four year entry level bachelors degree and a two year accelerated graduate entry masters program.

Research is the foundation for teaching and clinical practice.  The Division of Physiotherapy has an internationally recognised research program and offers Post Graduate Research Degrees (Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy) in Physiotherapy.  The Division also offers advanced study and clinical training through its Post Graduate Course Work Masters Degree programs which are offered in all the major Physiotherapy clinical specialty areas.

The Division has an international reputation for the quality of its programs.  Situated on the St Lucia campus of the University of Queensland, Brisbane, students have access to the comprehensive teaching, library and recreation facilities of Queensland's oldest and largest University.  Brisbane is in the south eastern corner of one of Australia's most beautiful states, boasting the Barrier Reef, tropical and sub-tropical rainforests, long beaches and the country outback.
