Current Students
There are a large number of resources available for students to assist
them to successfully complete their studies at the University of Queensland.
Many of the questions you may have regarding student issues and University
policies can be assessed through the myAdvisor
service in myUQ. Through
myAdvisor you can obtain
information about your Student Rights and Responsibilities, Assessment
details, enrolments, financial matters, how to make program changes
etc.
The Student Centre,
located on the ground level of the JD Story building, is the place students
may visit for advice and assistance. The Student Centre provides comprehensive
one-on-one assistance across a broad range of aspects pertaining to
admission, enrolment, fees, forms etc. There are also several computer
terminals located in the Student Centre so students can access MySI-net.
Staff are available to assist students with enrolment and all the other
facilities available on MySI-net. Staff of the Student Centre are also
able to certify documents if required.
Within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is the Student
Administration Unit. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the
Therapies building. It is here that you may ask questions about academic
programs in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, collect
program information, lodge applications for credit, lodge applications
for Graduate Entry Masters programs.

Visit the Student Support Services
site for counselling, career, disability and learning services.
IT Services for
Students offers support for internet access, software support, training,
purchasing software and hardware.
MyUQ for the latest information
for students, for example, academic calendar, examination timetables.
In addition, information about the course timetable for each year level
will be placed on the student notice boards located on Level 2 of the
Therapies Building.
Students will have access to course outlines and other materials on
Blackboard. All Blackboard courses are password protected and only available to students
enrolled in the course. Further information can be obtained from the
course and program coordinators.
Support for international students in the Division of Occupational
Therapy is offered through the International
Committee.
